For Home BuyersA professional Buyer’s Agent will do the following in a buying process:
- Assist and establish what you are looking for in a home within your financial budget.
- Help you get pre-approved or pre-qualified for a mortgage.
- Set up a search on MLXchange of active listings that meet your search criteria.
- Arrange for and attend showings with you, and highlight the advantages as well as drawbacks of each property viewed.

Go to the website homepage. Select the building name or address using the drop-down menu list below Search by Building or Search by Address.

Information about the selected building, location map, building images, etc. will be displayed under the Building Info tab.

If there are Featured listings and/or MLS listings in the building, it will show under the Listings tab. Click on it to view all listings in the building.

On the Listings page, you can sort your search results by clicking on the address, price, Sq Ft columns.

To book a showing for a specific listing, click on the listing.
If you are looking for a listing in a specific area, you can use Easy Search by map:
- Click on Condo Search on the left column on the Homepage
- Choose Option 1 - Easy Search
You can also perform your search by entering your own search criteria:
- Click on Condo Search on the left column of the homepage
- Choose Option 2 - Advanced Condo Search
- On the search results page, you can sort the listings by clicking on the address, price, Sq Ft columns.
If you are interested in a particular listing, you can book a viewing in one of two ways:
- Option 1: Private Viewing
- Option 2: My Tour (Recommended)

With “My Tour”, you can keep track of ALL the listings you would like to view, and you can edit your viewing lists during your searches. After you finish your searches, you only need to fill in your contact information once for all your viewings.
